Profile/Bio: Enilde Ingels-Van Hook is an active member of the Greater Los Angeles Writers Society. (www.glaws.org) and has been invited to release her first novel, "The Kingdom of Nuts and Bolts" at the LA Times Festival of Books on April 26 and 27th, in booth 715.

Mrs. Van Hook is a 1989 graduate of USC (Los Angeles) with a BA degree in Communications (Radio) from Annenberg School for Communications and an MFA degree from Otis College of Art and Design (Writing/Photography/Book Arts).
Mrs. Ingels-Van Hook was born in Rosario, Argentina as Enilde Patricia Ingels and grew up in Los Angeles, California.
Enilde picked up the nickname "Ginger" while she was competing with the Ballroom Dance Team at USC in 1979.
While she was working at a radio station in Nevada, she met Luke Van Hook and they were married in 1998. Enilde had aspirations to be a poet while Luke wanted to be a fine arts painter. They moved and together enrolled at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles graduating in 2004/2005. Mrs. Enilde Van Hook writes fiction as Enilde Van Hook and works as a photographer/journalist by the name of Ginger Van Hook with Van Hook Fine Arts. Mrs. Enilde Van Hook is also involved in filmmaking and recently finished production on a one minute short film of her book "The Kingdom of Nuts and Bolts".
